"Egg"xcellent Deviled Eggs

Need an option for all those extra eggs from Easter? Planning a light fare and need a crowd-pleaser? We have just the recipe for you!!


INGREDIENTS

1 doz. boiled eggs

1/4 c mayo

1 tsp prepared mustard

1/3 c pickled juice

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 Tb sugar

Salt to taste


RECIPE

1. Slice eggs in half.

2. Empty yolk in a medium size bowl.

3. Add ingredients to yolk.

4. Mix all ingredients till smooth.

5. Pipe into empty egg shell.

6. Sprinkle with paprika or parsley flakes.


Refrigerate
